Meet Coach Dani

From my earliest days in the water, I developed a relentless drive through years competing at the highest levels in water polo. That discipline, determination, and team spirit shaped my philosophy as a trainer today.



After making my transition from athlete to coach, I discovered my passion: helping people of all backgrounds move better, get stronger, and achieve what once seemed impossible. My mission is to guide you to realize your athletic potential, build sustainable habits, and, above all, gain confidence in your own body.



Sports have always been a part of my life, with water polo being my main passion. I competed at a high level from 4th grade through college, playing for Siena College’s Division I program, Puerto Rico’s Junior National Team, and at the Junior Olympics with Miami Riptides.



After college, I transitioned into personal training—combining my love for fitness with my passion for helping athletes and individuals reach their goals. My early career began in Baltimore, where I worked with athletes from middle school through college across a wide range of sports. That experience, along with my own background, shaped my approach to coaching: teaching proper movement, correcting form, and creating programs that are both challenging and fun.



I’m known for my energy, enthusiasm, and loud encouragement in the gym. My goal is simple: to push you to your limits while making training enjoyable, effective, and confidence-building.
