Everytime I do these I hear that. Now….I know what you are thinking. Dani, you sure didn't pop anything. Think of when you crack your knuckles and your mother or grandmother told you stop because you fingers would get all messed. Which by the way isn't true.

It is just an air bubble. The pressure and release feels soo good! When you rock is where you feel your hips super tight. Honestly, I recommend any and all hip mobility on here. Especially if your job consists of you sitting down most of the day.
